The Challenge

After nearly a decade in planning, Morwell’s ‘The Range’ land development was finally ready to go to market in July 2017. After considering a number of options, the developers chose Media Fox to develop the visual identity, website and marketing strategy for one of the region’s most exciting land developments.

The Result

After researching alternative land developments in Morwell and the Latrobe Valley, a number of advantages were identified for potential buyers. These included large average lot sizes, direct access to green spaces, quiet location and close proximity to vital infrastructure.

The bold, modern identity helps communicate these advantages and position The Range as a desirable location suitable for potential buyers of all backgrounds- from those looking to secure their first home, right through to retirees.
