The Challenge

South Gippsland Dental asked Media Fox to do a brand refresh as it’s previous identity was failing to portray an accurate reflection of the high-end dentistry service that they provide. The new identity for South Gippsland Dental needed to reflect the business as a whole – top end of dentistry, quality, lifetime dentistry, trusted, quality experience and service…Visually it needed to have a higher end feel, sophistication, elegant yet calming and appealing for both males and females of any age.

The Result

To push South Gippsland Dental into their desired market and to reflect their values and business, we needed to re-visit the business name. After considering many different words to enhance the name into something more professional, skilled and renowned the word ‘Clinic’ was added.
Visually their new logo uses a custom type and diamond symbol. The diamond sits within the synergy of South Gippsland Dental Clinics core values – prestigious, high-end, quality and the very best. Secondary to the new name, we added in a strong tag-line ‘Where smiles are made’ which signifies superiority, as though they are the creators of smiles –in a league above their competition.
The brand as a whole uses a fresh colour pallet of soft blues and greens in a calming gradient, whilst also using organic yet elegant materials such as wood and suede for signage and client information forms. Natural and very ‘real’ black and white photography is used in a way that clientele can easily relate.

The new South Gippsland Dental Clinic website was built responsive to all devices, is completely seamless and easy to navigate through. Our main priority was that the branding came through strongly, content was well laid out, and customers could easily leave an enquiry.
