Quirk Real Estate

The Challenge

Despite holding a strong foothold in Warragul’s housing market since 1999, the competition for Quirk Real Estate has never been fiercer. Media Fox was approached to refresh its familiar green and blue brand identity, while emphasising the business’ greatest strength – its namesake.

The brief to Media Fox was to visually overhaul and rejuvenate Quirk’s dated brand, and bring a streamlined simplicity to its identity to be used across all marketing products.

Fully Responsive Website

The premium two-tone colour scheme makes an instant impact online, where the redesign has placed a greater emphasis on photography. Featuring prominently throughout the website, the selective curation of unique photo stock offers intimate, aspirational windows into potential new home lifestyles.

New drop down menus have vastly improved the website’s functionality, streamlining navigation for first time users and allowing regular visitors to customise home seeking preferences. Built to be responsive to all devices, browsing on smart technologies by Quirk’s mobile renters and buyers will be hassle-free.

The Result

Taking inspiration from world’s best practice examples of corporate elegance, Quirk’s branding now boasts a level of sophistication that visually positions it well apart from West Gippsland’s real estate competitors.

The new branding has seized on a strong motif in the spelling of the respected Quirk name – the letter ‘Q’ – injecting contemporary flair into a traditional typeface setting. A key slogan informs readers when it comes to real estate, Quirk has “the local IQ”.

No detail has been skimped on ensuring Quirk’s prestigious new brand identity makes bold visual statements across all marketing products. Clever use of the versatile ‘Q’ icon, underpinned by the sophisticated two-tone colour palette on business cards, letterheads, compliment slips, invoices, newspaper ads and listings, fliers and folders mean even the most routine of business transactions are visually memorable.
